I love and adore Springtime!! I want to frolic in the grass, play in the dirt, dance around the fairy ring. I am out of hibernation at last.The rebirth of nature is all around. I get excited the minute my crocus poke their little heads up through the still frozen ground... Spring is on its way. I love taking my morning coffee out onto the patio and watching the birds play in the bird bath, everyone needs at least one bird bath in their yard.
My granddaughter and I have already made one trip to the nursery and purchased 2 of our favorite flowers, the heliotrope and stocks. The little toot scooted home with a few of those I had bought for myself so I need to get back up there and pick up a few more.
If you have never buried your nose in Heliotrope you don't know what you are missing. It is an amazing fragrance. I fill several pots full of it and set them around by front and back porch so that I can smell them every time I am outside.
It is way too early for tomatoes to be planted but I am counting the days.
